Envirocon Detergent Bottle further embodies user-friendly design

Envirocon Technologies replaced its new packaging with Levi Shine® Detergent Additives for its dishwasher. This ergonomically designed new bottle is easier to use than the previous faced bottles with screw caps. In addition to changes in the packaging, the product still has superior cleansing power as before. General detergents with this additive remove dirt and oil from dishes and dishwashers. In order to facilitate the adjustment of the amount of the product, a flip cover is designed for the new package at the dispensing opening. The surface of the bottle has a shrink sleeve that can cover the entire bottle wall. It also has a certain degree of curvature and can be gripped by one hand. "For a long time, the sales volume of this product is very good, except that its packaging design is not colorful, and it is not prominent on the shelf of the product," said the president of Curtis Eggemeyer. "This new packaging is a unique set of labels that makes this product truly stand out."

Envirocon Technologies has built a new plant at its headquarters in Midland, Texas to create a new package for this product. The new packaging sleeve is made of the largest shrinkable PVC and printed in Seal-It using a nine-color gravure printing process. Envirocon Technologies installed an Axon Model 300SL Shrink Sleeve Labeler to seal the seals provided by Seal-It on new bottles. The HDPE bottle was supplied by CKS Packaging Co., Ltd. The sealing cap used to adjust the amount of the bottle was produced by Phoenix Closures.
