[Reporter]: Hello Zhu, can you please introduce the brand of Human Touch?
[Zhu Yingzi]: Our brand was founded in 1995 and belongs to the Thai brand (product design also originated from Thailand). We entered Hong Kong in 2004. In addition, we also have several stores in Taiwan. In terms of design, in addition to maintaining the views of Thailand, it will also be designed in conjunction with local markets such as Hong Kong and Taiwan.
[Reporter]: What is the unique advantage of Human Touch in its class?
[Zhu Yingzi]: We are original, I have not seen any creation on the local market is the same as us. If so, it must be plagiarized, and we can find their prototypes from our previous products.
As far as couple pillow bags are concerned, I have never seen the same in Thailand and Hong Kong. There are no other merchants specializing in pillow bags in the market. Some people have copied us, but they have closed down very quickly. [Reporter]: Does Human Touch have a special store in the mainland?
[Zhu Yingzi]: There are sales in the mainland. If I remember correctly, Shenzhen and Beijing have it, but we are not responsible for it. It is not our flagship store. It is simply that they take our products to sell there.
[Reporter]: Does it mean to station in other stores to sell? Or change to another name?
[Zhu Yingzi]: There are many different products in their shop, including ours. Because we are really innocent and take into account the mainland market. To be honest, when you go to the mainland, there are many things to consider. The mainland is too big to consider the location, operation and other issues; moreover, you need to apply for too many approvals.
[Reporter]: Mainly refers to the government's approval?
[Zhu Yingzi]: Yes, the government approval is more difficult.
[Reporter]: But the rent there will be cheaper.
[Zhu Yingzi]: We will not rule out that we will have the opportunity to enter the mainland in the near future. But to be honest, I am still worried about the mainland market. Like now, our products have not been put into the market, and they have been copied almost. For example, we will do it for a few million pieces, and soon there will be 1000 parallel imports to be listed, and when we officially enter the market, we will What is it? I can't imagine it. So I think it's important to choose a market environment that respects the brand and originality.

[Zhu Yingzi]: Yes, this is also a worry. Also, hiring people is also a worrying aspect. In fact, asking someone is a very painful part. Because a front-line staff is a bridge connecting customers and the company, the first time customers enter the store is the person.
In addition, each product has his personality.
