Fault 1
Phenomenon: When the tube is automatically stopped, the reading of the instrument is not 10.00mL. When the refilling is stopped, the reading displayed by the titration device is not 00. 00mL.
Overhaul: The instrument can be titrated and replenished, but the zero and full scale display are not in place, indicating that the position of the upper and lower limit switches of the automatic titration device has changed. In this case, after the instrument is refilled, remove the electrode, beaker, titration capillary, stirrer, etc., loosen the two fastening screws on the surface of the burette, remove the guide plate, and then loosen the four screws on the top of the panel and remove. Panel, remove the left circuit board, because the lower limit switch has been fixed at the factory, so just adjust the upper limit switch, loosen the reading drive gear screw, adjust the gear to make the reading is 00. 00mL, then tighten the screw, loosen the nut of the upper limit switch, insert On the upper left board, put the selector switch of the manual control device in the continuous position, then turn on the power switch of the titration device, and press the in-position switch of the burette by hand to make the titration start. When the reading is nearly 10.00mL, slow down the titration speed. Stop the titration when the reading is just 10.00mL, so that the upper limit switch is just closed, and then tighten the hex nut. If it is not in place once, repeat the operation until the readings displayed after the titration and rehydration are in place are correct.
Fault 2
Phenomenon: During titration, the reading counter sometimes vibrates in situ and makes a loud noise.
Overhaul: Check if the transmission gear at the bottom of the instrument is too tight or if it is damaged and slips. If there is any problem, the gear should be repaired or replaced.
Fault 3
Phenomenon: The instrument can neither titrate nor refill.
Overhaul: Unplug the power supply, take out the electrode, beaker, remove the column including the stirrer, and then remove the two screws on the panel and the four screws on the bottom of the instrument to separate the bottom cover of the instrument from the instrument and take out the liquid. The bottle is tilted upwards, and the largest gear at the bottom of the instrument is turned by hand, and the piston is lowered by 10 cm, so that the pressure plate of the instrument is removed from the upper limit switch. Once the instrument is installed and refilled, the instrument will work properly.
Fault 4
Phenomenon: Turn on the power of the automatic titration device, the indicator light is on, and the instrument is not working.
Overhaul: After inspection, after troubleshooting the circuit, circuit board failure and fault 3, check whether the piston push shaft is damaged, whether the largest gear shaft at the bottom of the instrument and the piston rod push shaft have been disengaged, whether the threaded interface is slipping, if only the detachment , screw it on and install it. If it slips due to damage, you need to replace the new piston to push the shaft.
Other notes:
(1) When the burette is removed or installed, it must be performed when the automatic titration device reads 00. 00mL.
(2) Before starting the machine, the selector switch of the manual control device must be placed in the intermittent position.
