The one-step and two-step processes for cold-filling PET bottles are basically the same. The difference is that the entire process in the one-step process is completed on a single injection, drawing, and blow molding machine, while the two-step preform preparation and stretch blowing Plastics were completed on two separate machines. One-step method is also called thermoforming method. After the tube formed by this method is molded at the injection molding station, it is directly sent to the next station to adjust the temperature, and then transferred to the next station for stretch blow molding. The degree of automation is high and the consumption is high. It can be less; and the two-step method is to place more than 24 hours after the production of tube blanks, and then heating, stretch blow molding, low degree of automation, high energy consumption, but the equipment is simple, investment is small, easy to use and maintenance.
