In order to fully encourage enterprises to achieve energy saving and reduce pollution in the production process, the Dongguan Municipal Government recently announced the list of the first batch of cleaner production enterprises, among which five paper and packaging enterprises won the title of “clean production enterpriseâ€.
According to the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Green Cleaner Production Work in Dongguan 13th Five-Year Plan (Dongfu Office [2017] No. 3), Guangdong Provincial Department of Environmental Protection of the Guangdong Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission on Printing and Distributing Clean Production Notice on the review and acceptance of the work flow (Guangdong Economics Letter [2017] No. 3) and other relevant regulations, after the acceptance of experts, social disclosure and other processes, the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Economic and Information Technology identified 56 enterprises as Dongguan City in 2018 Clean production enterprises and publish the list of enterprises. Among them, five packaging and paper companies are listed. The details are as follows:

The above enterprises shall continue to carry out clean production audits in accordance with relevant regulations. Before the expiration of the validity period, a new round of clean production audits shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant procedures, and the competent authorities shall be examined and accepted. After the expiration of the validity period, the Dongguan Clean Production Enterprise shall be automatically cancelled and the validity period shall not exceed 5 years from the date of passing the site acceptance.
Among them, Yongfeng Yu Paper (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Houwei Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. were mentioned in the “List of Key Enterprises for Encouraging the Implementation of Cleaner Production Audit†issued by the Dongguan Economic and Information Technology Bureau in May. In the month of the month, success was identified as a cleaner production company.
