On the power switch, insert the flow sensor into the channel at the measurement point you need to measure the flow directly. The parameters displayed on the flow meter display: the last row is the flow rate value; the second row is the water level value (if this parameter is set); the third row is the instantaneous flow value (if the channel parameter is set), and the fourth row is the automatic measurement Time display.
9.2 Flow measurement
If used as a flow meter, the user must correctly input the corresponding channel parameters into the flow display instrument through the keyboard (channel bottom width, slope coefficient, speed measurement height, speed measurement margin, measured water level value, digital mode - set to 1) At this time, the electromagnetic flow display device can display the flow rate, and can also display the flow rate of the measured channel or the river section (the flow of the section is based on the above channel parameters, and is performed by the hydraulic mathematical model set in the flow display instrument) The average flow rate of the section of the channel or channel obtained by mathematical operations).
9.3 Measurement requirements
1 When measuring, the measuring point should try to choose a section where the channel or river channel is relatively straight, try to avoid the gate, curve, water inlet/outlet, up and down ramp, and the straight channel section should have a certain length, so that the measurement The water flow distribution of the section will be relatively stable and uniform, and the measurement data will be more accurate.
2 Place the flow sensor at the measuring point and point the head upstream of the water flow to ensure that the flow sensor is parallel to the water flow axis. After the flow sensor is stabilized for one or two minutes, the measured value is read, so that the measurement value is more stable.
3 When the flow display device is divided into two working modes and continuous working mode, select 0 as the limited working mode, and select 1 as the continuous working mode. The time-limited mode is designed for the power-saving mode. When the flow display device starts working, the backlight of the display is automatically turned off after 1 minute of operation. At this time, the display mode of the display is an ordinary non-backlit liquid crystal display mode; if the backlight of the display is to be turned on, press the keyboard. Any of the buttons can be turned on immediately. The flow indicator automatically shuts down the working power after 30 minutes of continuous operation and stops working. The continuous operation mode is that the flow display device works continuously until the battery runs out.
9.4 Recording and querying historical data
The flow meter can record and store one thousand historical data.
1 Recording and storing of historical data: When the flow display device is in normal working state, when the current measurement data is to be recorded and stored, use the “patrol or patrol†button to page through, find the (measurement code) item, and use “exitâ€. Move the arrow cursor to point the arrow cursor to the (measurement code) item, and press the “Set†button once, so that the measurement data displayed on the display is automatically stored in the flow display. (In this state, each time the “Settings†button is pressed, a current measurement data is automatically stored, and the serial number is automatically arranged in the back row). Each piece of historical data recorded and stored has a unique number. When storing historical data, the number of each historical data can be set in the (record number) item, or the historical data can be stored in an automatic sort record.
2 Query of historical data: When we want to query historical data, turn on the power switch of the flow display instrument, let the flow display instrument work in the normal measurement state, use the “patrol or patrol†button to turn the page, find (view the record) Item, use the "Exit" button to move the arrow cursor, let the arrow cursor point to (view record), and then press the "Set" button once, then the program will enter the display interface of the historical data query, here with "patrol or The patrol button can view all historical data. Each piece of historical data is numbered, and historical data can be queried in numerical order. If you want to quickly query the historical data of a certain number, you can enter this number in the (record number) item in the parameter setting menu, then exit the parameter setting state, and then enter the display interface of the historical data query, you can directly display the number.
