ã€Abstract】 The pressure-resistant comprehensive test system for dangerous goods packaging containers consisting of air pressure and hydraulic pressure is combined in one system. The parameters in the airtight withstand voltage test are controlled by PCL closed-loop real-time control. The PID algorithm is used to realize the automation, measurement and control of the system. . The system has 7 inspection stations and high inspection efficiency. The self-designed sample quick-installing device is easy to install and use, and avoids the operator being scratched by the tinplate.
