(2) The process before the gluing process indirectly influences the different delivery methods

Even if the box is of the same size, due to the difference in the selection of the paper and the selection of the silk of the paper, various abnormalities such as the permeability of the paper, the flexibility and the thickness, etc., are caused in the printing, coating and pressing. In general, the paper thickness varies depending on the size of the box type, and the box material adaptability depends on the board thickness and the post-pressing process. 2, Shaped box delivery technology.

(1) The material with windows should generally be as low as possible with the window facing downward, and not as far down as possible. The pressure surface of the paper feeding belt should be lower than the belt under the paper feeding as far as possible, leaving a loose angle for paper feeding and sending at the same time. The point of pressurization of the paper belt should be as far as possible across the window, so as to extend the forward drop of the falling position of the feed material surface as much as possible, so that the paper feeding can be carried out smoothly and continuously, and the paper receiving abnormality will not be caused due to the obstruction of the window; Excessive material, because of worry about the stiffness of the box material, or almost impossible to form a windowless paper-receiving surface, can also adopt the paper-recovery technology, which is more difficult than the delivery paper.

(2) For the case where the difference in the length of one or four box packs is too large, a combination of spot-and-face delivery methods may be adopted, so as to achieve the docking of the material side after the longer joint delivery, and to achieve a shorter connection. The paper feed point is guaranteed to fall on the short feed surface, so as to ensure normal paper delivery.
