Laser printers are primarily designed for office use, so their OEM average blackness values ​​are typically around 1.48. In some models in China, printers are used to print media such as film or sulfuric acid paper. The fibers of these printing media are specially chemically treated. Compared with ordinary printing paper, the resin in the toner is more difficult to melt and penetrate. It is in the paper fiber, so the requirements for toner are relatively high. Buy two, bottom gray

The bottom ash value is the blackness value of the blank where no typeface is printed in the printed proof using the blackness tester. It is also related to the degree of whiteness of the printing paper, that is, the bottom ash value of the same toner on different printing papers is not necessarily the same. Under normal circumstances, the bottom ash value of OEM toner is about 0.05~0.06, when it is greater than 0.06, the visual result will feel that the print sample is a bit dirty. The bottom ash value of the toner provided by our company is similar to that of OEM, about 0.05~0.06. The reason for affecting the bottom ash value is mainly related to the conductive properties of the carbon powder (referred to as electrical properties) and the particle size of the carbon powder. The stronger the conductivity, the finer the particles, the easier the bottom ash is. Each type of printer requires that the electrical properties of the toner are generally different, which is one reason why we emphasize the special purpose of the powder. In addition, leakage due to breakage of the photosensitive layer on the surface of the photosensitive drum may also cause bottom ash, which may also explain that when the photosensitive layer is worn, the printed page may have a distinct black mark at the break.

Option 3, waste toner rate

The waste toner rate refers to the proportion of waste toner produced by a certain amount of toner in normal printing. When the toner is produced, the various ingredients are added together in a certain proportion, and fully stirred, and processed according to the corresponding treatment. In this process, there is no guarantee that the thickness of each toner particle and the proportion of its main ingredient carbon powder, iron powder and resin are the same, and it can only be within a certain proportion range. Beyond this range, this toner particle may become waste toner. When the waste toner rate of toner is between 5% and 7%, it is within the normal range. The waste toner rate also directly affects the number of printed pages of a certain amount of toner.

Resolution is the point (DPI) that can be printed per inch. The thickness of the toner particles directly affects the resolution. The degree of fixation refers to the ability of the carbon powder attached to the surface of the paper to melt and penetrate into the paper fibers. Melting point is an important factor affecting the consistency of toner. When the melting point is too high, when the paper with the toner particles passes through the fixing unit and does not sufficiently melt and penetrate into the paper fibers, it has passed through the fixing member. However, if the melting point is too low, the stability of the toner becomes poor. When we test, we can touch the surface of the printed graphic by hand to feel the roughness, so we get the good and bad fixation. In general, a poorly fixed toner will have a rough printed surface. For rigorous testing, you can use a specific tape to de-print the graphic and then remove the blackness change of the detected pattern.

The ghost is formed because the unequal charge region formed by the letter pattern of the photosensitive surface still has a charge region which can cause a latent image after completing one imaging, so that the latent image phenomenon can still be seen in the next imaging. The electrical properties of toner directly affect the apparent or not phenomenon of ghosting. Ghosting is similar to ghosting, but it is different from ghosting. The ghost phenomenon is generally caused by a malfunction of the machine, such as the fluorine layer of the upper roller in the fixing assembly being destroyed, causing sticky powder, resulting in ghosting. In addition, the printing medium will also affect ghosting. For example, sulfuric acid paper is more prone to ghosting than ordinary printing paper.
