Wrinkling

Pre-printed high-coil paper tension of about 50kg, when the uneven moisture or uneven thickness, the excessive tension changes will cause the paper to swing laterally, forming the surface of the printed product wrinkles. The addition of a preheating device to the paper pit machine helps to reduce the tension change caused by the loss of moisture (when the moisture content is too low, install the humidifier). If you add a misalignment flattening roller, it will help to flatten the roll and reduce the swing.

Ink pull flower

The latest air-cushion heating plate heat conduction control system can reduce the heating temperature and stress strength of the cardboard when passing through the hot end. The process is to set up air ejection channels at the gap between the heating plate and the paperboard, which can blow out air in an instant to form a gas film to hold the paperboard and avoid defects such as scratches, inks and the like caused by overheated press of the paperboard.

Paper lap

In the printing process, if the improper overlap of the paper roll will cause downtime and affect the consistency of the printed product, the paper can be fed by the zero butt method without interrupting the printing process.
