1, adhesive viscosity is too low starch precipitation layered

cause:

(1) The amount of caustic soda is too little;

(2) Adhesive mixing cycle time and long time

(3) High ambient temperature, auto-oxidation of adhesives, and reduced viscosity;

(4) The amount of strong desiccant is too large.

Solution:

(1) increase the amount of caustic soda;

(2) The formulated adhesive is preferably used within 2-3 hours;

(3) Reduce the temperature of gel storage and use of the base link;

(4) Preparation of high-viscosity carrier binders and low-viscosity binders;

(5) Reduce the amount of strong desiccant.

2, the adhesive viscosity is too high

cause:

(1) excessive use of caustic soda;

(2) Insufficient master and carrier rubber ratios;

(3) Short mixing time after main and carrier mixing;

(4) Excessive amount of thickener.

Solution:

(1) Reduce the amount of caustic soda;

(2) Proper ratio of main and carrier;

(3) Mix with the appropriate amount of the main body glue;

(4) extend the mixing time;

(5) Reduce the amount of thickener.

(6) Add an appropriate amount of oxidizing agent or a suitable amount of water to the thick colloid and dilute it.

3, adhesive contains transparent cooked starch particles

cause:

(1) The carrier viscosity is too large;

(2) Short mixing time;

(3) The speed of the mixer is too slow;

(4) There is a problem with the mixer.

Solution:

(1) Adjust the viscosity of the carrier;

(2) extend the mixing time;

(3) Increase stirring speed (400-800 rpm);

(4) Filter the solid particles with a sieve.
