Witt Introduces New Generation of Enhanced UV Resistant Ink

Wit, the world's leading supplier of ultra-wide format digital ink jet printers, after years of research and application trials, has successfully developed the industry's industry's purest, brightest ink for its presses - a new generation of enhanced UV inks .

This ink has a superior color gamut, perfect matching ability, excellent adhesion to difficult-to-handle fabrics, and better consistency between different prints. Unlike other printer manufacturers, these inks are specially developed and optimized for the PressVu series of flatbed printers to ensure that the system achieves the highest performance, thereby enabling customers to ultimately obtain more profits.

Witt's enhanced UV-resistant inks provide a more consistent decorative effect in dark-tone patterns, and can form better adhesion to difficult-to-handle materials, including untreated styrene and corrugated board. In addition, the enhanced UV-resistant ink can better reduce the different shades of impressions (a common occurrence when printing with UV-curing inks) that appear due to the photo output. Witton has also introduced a new red ink called Greater Gamut Magenta, which has increased the versatility of the UV series of flatbed printers. By expanding the color gamut only in the red space, the same color reproduction capability as that of the existing red color can be obtained, and a brighter/clearer red color can be obtained. "Large color gamut red" also allows the Press Vu Uv Series printers to match more pantone colors and to increase printing speed by nearly 20% in eight-color mode.
