Abstract: Based on the physicochemical properties of amino acids and using the idea of ​​“coarse granulation†in physics, an encoding method of protein sequence grouping weight (Encoding Based on Grouped Weight, abbreviated as EBGW) is proposed, combined with component coupling Conduct research on structural predictions. The prediction accuracy of the Resubstitution test and Jack-knife test for 359 proteins in the standard set T359 reached 99.72% and 91.09%, respectively, of which the overall prediction accuracy of the Jack-knife test was improved by about 7% compared with the method using the amino acid composition coding under the same conditions. , In particular, the prediction accuracy of the "+" class is improved by 15%. The experimental results show that the protein sequence EBGW coding method can effectively extract the structural information contained in the letter sequence.
