In the past, the printing of cigarette labels was generally carried out in a circular manner. If bronzing or embossing was required, the printing was generally completed by flat pressing of a hot stamping machine. That is, the printed web must be first cut into large sheets, and then The flat stamping hot stamping machine performs hot stamping and embossing, and then uses a flat stamping die cutter to press the creases and die cuts.
The flattening technology has added a lot of burden to the manufacturers, and has caused various problems such as paper waste at the mouthwash, a lot of turnover, extra investment, and limited production capacity. In April 1998, Komori Shangbang Company introduced round-press round bronzing technology, which enabled bronzing to achieve continuous production. According to the actual operation experience of existing domestic users, from the white paper roll to the hot stamping product, the scrap rate of the secondary processing can be stabilized below 5%.
In the round press hot stamping, the paperboard is first printed in a roll-to-roll manner by a gravure printing machine, then transferred to a gilding production line unwinding machine, and then through a precisely controllable paper feeding device to enter four hot stamping stations. The four hot stamping stations are two hot stamping units, one hologram hot stamping unit and one embossing unit, which can complete multi-pass processing such as hot stamping, holographic positioning stamping and embossing. The four bronzing stations are independent and can be adjusted in any order.
The upper roller of the stamping unit is a copper cylinder with a gold stamping pattern on it; the lower roller is a simple stainless steel roller with a smooth surface. Rolled hot stamp foil passes between the upper roller and the cardboard and is hot stamped onto the cardboard by heating and pressing.
The hot stamping unit is equipped with aluminum foil saving device. This specially designed patented equipment can intermittently feed aluminum foil to ensure that only the amount required for hot stamping is fed, thereby reducing the consumption of aluminum foil in order to achieve the goal of producing the most perfect product in the most economical way. Each hot stamping unit can print multiple patterns at the same time.
The structure of the hologram hot stamping unit is similar to that of the hot stamping unit, but the aluminum foil saving device is more precise and perfect, and the holographic foil can be accurately positioned on the cardboard. Non-positional holographic hot stamping can be arranged horizontally with 6 patterns; positioning holographic hot stamping can be arranged horizontally with 2 patterns.
The embossing unit includes two rollers, upper and lower. The pattern on the two rollers is concave and convex, and the yin and yang correspond. Convex knife block is modular, easy to remove, replace and adjust.
Each of the above-mentioned units is equipped with a control panel to accurately adjust the stamping temperature and pressure, ensuring that aluminum foil can be stamped onto the cardboard flatly.
The Komori Shangbang hot stamping production line uses the new RNP99-type registering system to achieve good printing to bronzing accuracy. The registration accuracy of printing to hot stamping, printing to holographic hot stamping, hot stamping to holographic hot stamping, and printing to embossing is ±0.20 mm, and the registration accuracy from indentation to die cutting is ±0.10 mm.
After the offline hot stamping machine is equipped with a wire round die cutting machine, it can also realize continuous processing from web printing to cigarette label finishing. The web was passed through two groups of Komori Shangbang standard indentation and die-cutting machines and turned into finished cigarette packs that had creases, had been die-cut, and had been cleared of waste.
As the standard design of the bid-receipt part, Komori-Chambon can provide a juncture pick-up system or a stacked pick-up system.
