17. UV reflective ink

UV reflective ink containing reflective glass beads, mainly used for printing a variety of reflective signs, a variety of metal substrates and PVC, PET, ABS and other plastic films have good adhesion fastness, good wear resistance, reflective effect is remarkable. Different inks are used for the rigid substrate and the flexible substrate.

18. UV Printed Circuit Board Inks

The UV printed circuit board inks include three kinds of light-flexible solder resist inks, photo-curable solder mask inks, and photo-cured resist inks.

1) Photo-Solid Solder Resist Ink. Dedicated to the manufacture of flexible printed circuit board solder resist pattern or thin film circuit protection coating, light fast, cured film excellent toughness, light, adhesion and heat resistance. Stirring can improve the rheological properties of the ink. Generally, it is not necessary to add thinner. If the viscosity is large, a small amount of special photo-solid diluent can be added.

2) Photo-Solid Solder Resist Inks. It is suitable for manufacturing solder mask patterns of rigid printed circuit boards, with fast photo-solidity, good heat resistance, and strong adhesion, and can meet the requirements of single and double-sided circuit boards. If the viscosity is very high during use, a small amount of special diluent can be added to thin it, but the amount should not exceed 5% of the ink dosage.

3) Light and solid resist ink. UV resist ink is solventless resist ink, fast curing speed, no odor, no net seal during printing, high printing accuracy, acid resistance and alkaline etching solution with pH ≤10, also used for making steel. Or flexible single-sided printed circuit board circuit pattern, can also be used to print high-precision metal etching signs.

UV offset printing ink

Currently used UV offset inks mainly include offset printing plastic inks, offset printing metal inks, offset printing matte printing inks, and offset printing fragrance inks.

1. UV offset plastic ink

UV offset plastic ink is light-cured water offset printing ink, suitable for printing plastic substrates, such as PET gold and silver cardboard, PP / PE, PVC, ABS acrylic, all kinds of paper, UV fast curing, good adhesion fastness, Bright colors, good adhesion between layers, large area printing, dense and bright ink layer, clear dots. Ink printing stability, anti-emulsification ability.

2. UV Offset Metal Ink

UV Offset Metallic Ink is a water-based offset printing ink that is suitable for printing all kinds of metal substrates, such as all kinds of metal sheets, aluminum foils, etc. It can also print a variety of papers. With UV curing speed, good adhesion fastness, bright colors, dense and bright ink, clear dots and other advantages.

3. UV offset printing matte ink

UV offset printing matte ink is a milky translucent paste used for offset printing of various gold and silver cardboards. The matte effect is similar to that of screen printing UV matte, but it uses less ink.

4. UV offset printing ink

UV Offset Aroma Ink is an offset ink that combines microcapsule technology with UV low-temperature fast cure and can be dried instantly after printing. After the ink is cured, it can be smelt by hand, rubbing or squeezing. The printing process is similar to a general UV offset ink.
