Open connection point application special equipment: knife line punching machine, use grinding wheel to open the connection point, do not use hammer and axe to open the joint, will damage the knife line and angle, and easy to produce glitches in the connecting point. Do not open the connection point in this position because the die cutter crosses the bridge because it is floating.
The widths of the connecting points are 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 7.0mm and other sizes. The common specifications are 0.4mm. The connection points are usually not visible in the molded products. Hidden, the appearance of the point after the formation should be as small as possible, to avoid affecting the appearance of the finished box.
Fifth, adhesive cross-cut tape
After the die-cutting version is completed, in order to prevent the die-cutting knife and the indentation line from sticking to the paper during die-cutting and indentation, and at the same time ensuring smooth paper-feeding during die-cutting, an elastic die-cutting adhesive should be applied on both sides of the cut-line. Article. The role of die-cut self-adhesive strips in die-cutting is very important. She directly influences the speed and quality of die-cutting. In different die-cutting machines, die-cut strips of different hardness, size and shape should be selected according to the speed of die-cutting, die-cutting jobs and relevant conditions.
Die-cutting tapes are divided into standard rubber strips, hard strips, and special hard strips according to their hardness. Die-cut strips need different strips of different hardness depending on the bonding position.
During the die-cutting process, the die-cut tape will be compressed and deformed. If the die-cut tape is too close to the knife line, it will cause a lateral force component when the tape is pressed, and it is easy to damage the paper's joints or the paper thread. During the cutting process, the edge of the paper is pulled and the cutting effect is affected. If the distance is too far from the knife line, the effect of preventing the cardboard from sticking will not be achieved. The ideal distance from the cutting line to the cutting line is 1 to 2 mm.
Six, test cutting pad
After the die-cutting plate is processed, firstly, the die-cutting plate is placed on the die-cutting machine for test cutting. When the test-cutting is performed, the test-cutting sample is partially normal, and when a part of the cut-out plate is not cut through, the pad must be plated in a local area. . The pad is glued to the bottom of the die plate with 0.05mm thick backing paper to compensate for the height of the die cutter. When there are still individual cutting lines after the partial backing plate is not cut through, the positional backing plate is to be used. The positional backing plate is used to make the height of the cut line directly adhered to the bottom of the die cutter with a narrow backing paper.
