1. Acceptance of paper: For printing houses and paper distributors, the acceptance of paper is very important. It can not only avoid the appearance quality problems caused by abnormalities in the process of goods transport, but also can avoid the quality problems of the paper itself, thus making it possible The factors that affect printing efficiency, quality, and cost are eliminated in the bud, and company losses are avoided. The following items should be carefully examined:

A. Check whether the brand, weight, grade, specification and quantity of the paper are consistent with the corresponding items on the order;

B. Check whether the paper packaging is in good condition and whether the appearance is damaged or damaged.

C. Whether there is a strip on the web or not;

D. Check the web for paper core deformation, looseness or protrusion;

E, open the paper packaging, check whether the paper has lotus leaf or tight edges;

F. The special-purpose paper products that have special requirements on certain physical properties should be sampled and tested to confirm whether they meet the requirements;

2, paper storage: From the cost considerations, no matter which manufacturer wants the production of materials that are used to buy, reduce inventory to zero inventory, but from the actual operation, can not fully achieve this goal, can only reduce inventory as much as possible , shorten the inventory cycle. Therefore, the problem of raw material storage is unavoidable. Because the paper itself is affected by the external environment, and changes will affect the subsequent processing, so the problem of paper storage should cause printers and dealers to pay enough attention, otherwise the loss can not be estimated. From our paper mill experience, the following issues should be noted in the storage of paper:

A, paper as much as possible not open storage, if it can not be avoided, the open time not too long, at the same time need to cover with canvas, timely storage into the store, avoid rain.

B. The paper is very sensitive to the humidity of the air and easily absorbs or loses moisture, causing flounces or tight edges. Problems such as overprinting and wrinkling occur during printing. Therefore, choose a clean and dry environment for storing paper. When paper is stacked, it cannot be stacked against the wall. The relative humidity of the warehouse and workshop where the paper is stored should preferably be maintained at 50% to 65%.

C. The paper contains lignin and many other chemical constituents. It will fade and yellow after being exposed to light, causing it to be used and discarded. At the same time, the moisture in the paper will evaporate after exposure, the moisture content will change, and the paper will become brittle or deformed. If it is severe, it will not be printed on the machine.

D. When the paper is stored, the temperature is not too high. If the temperature is too high, the paper strength will drop significantly. The temperature of the warehouse and the workshop where the paper is stored should be 15 to 25°C.

E. The stack height of the paper should not be too high to prevent crushing of the underlying paper. If it is a web, it will also avoid damage to the paper core tube. At the same time, stacking is too high and it is prone to collapse, causing paper products to be smashed or work injuries. Generally stack height should not exceed three.

F, lithographic paper should not be erected, as flat as possible.

3, paper transport: Paper transport including long-distance transport and transport from the warehouse to the printing shop, in this process, we must pay attention to prevent paper damage and industrial accidents. In combination with our company's actual experience, we should pay attention to the following aspects:

A. When using trucks for long-distance transportation, they should be loaded in a single piece and arranged neatly. The stack height should not exceed 2 layers, and effective fixing should be done to avoid slipping and overturning during jolting. After installation, tarpaulins should be placed on the goods to prevent the rain from getting wet on the way.

B. Forklift must be used for loading and unloading. Do not throw it from a height to avoid parts and damage to the paper.

C. Forklifts can only hold one paper product at a time to prevent losses caused by tipping and turning.

D. For roll paper, it must be handled with a fork, and the paper roll must not be allowed to roll on the ground. When using the fork, the following points must be noted:

1) A soft protective layer such as a blanket must be put on the clamp to prevent the paper from being damaged. The blanket should be kept clean so as not to contaminate the paper roll. If it is stained with grease, it must be replaced;

2) When the paper roll is placed in the designated position, it should be handled with care and attention, to avoid damage caused by impact;

3), embracing the door frame should always be in a vertical state to ensure that the paper roll level;

4) Any paper roll must be placed on a carpet or wooden pallet and it is forbidden to put it directly on the concrete floor.
