After inspection, it was found that there was a scorch mark on the high-voltage wire at a position in the adjusting screw core. So we borrowed the high-voltage wire of the same specification from another offset press and replaced the original adjustment screw. As a result, the high-voltage wire that was just replaced was broken down after the test machine. Later, we analyzed that the adjustment screw may be broken first. Only then, the high-voltage line was also broken, so we replaced the high-voltage line and the adjusting screw at the same time. As a result, we tried the machine again and returned to normal.
