First, Feida aspect. Because the printing paper of the box is generally relatively thick, when printing, it will cause Federa to walk, paper suction difficulties, paper skew, empty sheets, etc., and the suction and blowing of the air pump should be enlarged as much as possible according to the circumstances. At the same time, the suction and air-inflating valves on Feida will be adjusted accordingly. If necessary, the porous blow-out nozzle can be replaced with a flat-type one-mouth nozzle. The pressure foot angle, etc. should also be properly adjusted. In short, the principle of adjusting feeders to neither air nor double sheets, paper skew, or paper feeding is normal.

Second, the rules . Printed packaging, like other printed products, requires accurate rules, or it will affect its quality. When printing, adjust the height of the front gauge and the height of the side pressure cardboard according to the thickness of the paper, and adjust the pressure of the paper roller and the brush wheel on the paperboard, and tighten the paper feeding belt. Found that the rules are not good when you turn on the machine, but also check the feeder's running condition, and the pressure of the passing roller and the pressure roller. For thicker paper, the pressure of the roller and brush wheel is heavier. And detect the time of paper and pull rules, as well as the timing of the transfer between the side gauge and the teeth, find out the problem and deal with it in time, until the top and bottom and left and right rules are accurate and error-free.

Third, the pressure. Printing packaging box to adjust the drum pressure, the paper box is too thick, the printing will accidentally rolled rubber; if it is too heavy ink, too much at the end is also easy to stick rubber or stick ink roller. Therefore, to reduce the pressure of the roller before printing, the lining inside the rubber is reduced. In order to avoid sticking rubber and rolling the rubber, add some additives or adhesives to the ink, and at the same time be optimistic about feeders, avoid double sheets, multiple sheets, and paper skew, and ensure that the pressure is not even when the rubber is rolled.

Fourth, the ink aspect. Ink has a direct impact on the quality of printed products. Packaging plays an important role in protecting and decorating the objects. The quality of packaging and printing will directly affect people's aesthetics and consumer desires. Therefore, when printing packaging, we must meet the quality standards, in the direction of the ink should pay attention to the following situations: 1 according to the graphics and ink to adjust the amount of ink to achieve even ink. 2 The deployment of special ink should meet the hue. 3 For the full version of the solid print, such as printing the poor effect, can be printed twice (ie, the first time the ink is shallow, the second time the depth of ink). 4 For the design of gold ink patterns or text, lines and other prints, the ink can be properly mixed with a bit of yellow ink during printing, so that the printed effect is even more golden and bright.

Fifth, the delivery . The thick and heavy paper in the printing box, and the situation encountered in the delivery of the paper is that the paper is not evenly distributed, and it is easy to block the suction outlet. When printing, the suction can be closed, the speed can be reduced, or the second suction wheel on both sides can be removed. Increase the air volume so that the problem can be solved.

Sixth, other aspects. There are many aspects related to the printing quality of the packaging, such as the paper problem, various problems appearing on the printing plate, water quantity control, mechanical failure, responsibility and so on, which will have an important impact on the packaging printing.
