The most common failure of the plate-making machine is that the adhesion of the film surface of the film or the paper surface of the sulfuric acid paper and the surface of the photosensitive film of the PS plate is insufficient, and this failure will seriously affect the quality of the printing plate. The above-mentioned failures are mainly caused by the fact that the pumping of the vacuum pump is not solid, and the reasons that affect the pumping are not strong are:

1. The vacuum pump transfers energy from the three-phase motor's V-belt. Because the V-belt is damaged, elongated and other reasons directly lead to vacuum pump suction is not strong.

2. The rubber tube of the vacuum pumping air path is blocked by foreign matter, dust, oil, and fibers.

3, Spun plate rubber mat, elastic sealing rubber, the surrounding edges and rubber aging, damage caused by pumping is not true.

4. The direction of the rotation of the vacuum motor is different from that of the arrow on the pump, that is, the direction of rotation of the motor is incorrect: the phase of the three-phase power supply wiring is reversed, causing the suction to become blown.

5, the choice of suction vacuum degree is not correct. When the vacuum level of the negative pressure gauge (vacuum gauge) reaches the range of 300-650mm/Hg during operation, the iodine lamp can be exposed.

Slating machines, like other equipment, must be properly maintained to be in normal working condition for a long period of time. To do this, the following points need to be made:

1. Keep the exhaust system function intact. The vacuum pump should be checked once a week. The height of the vacuum oil level should always be aligned with the oil level line; all new oil must be replaced after one year of operation.

2. The border of the blanket is wiped or moistened with glycerin once a week. When the machine is not in use, the blanket should be put on the glass table. The glass table should be covered with a cloth curtain to prevent dust and debris.

3, the glass table surface must be kept clean, wipe with a soft brush to clean, and then wipe with a clean gauze and anhydrous alcohol.
