The sterile homogenizer makes the process of extracting bacteria, cell tissues and other substances from solid samples very simple. Just add the sample and diluent to a special sterile sample bag, put it into the homogenizer, and close the door After simple setting, it will automatically start tapping homogenization and complete the sample processing process. The device effectively separates the particles contained inside and on the surface of the solid sample, homogenizes the sample, and ensures that the sample mixed in the sterile bag is sufficiently representative. The operation is simple, convenient and time-consuming. The sterile homogenous bag is consumed at one time, and no tedious cleaning work is required after work. The samples are packed in the disposable sterile homogenous bag, which can effectively prevent cross contamination and protect the safety of the operator.
Maintenance of the instrument:
Wipe the instrument casing and the hammer board in the homogenization box with a clean rag, especially after the homogenization bag is damaged, you must clean it. Be sure to cut off the power when performing this work.
Instrument failure and troubleshooting:
(1) When the instrument is not operating under the condition that the door of the cabinet is closed, if there is no display on the LCD, check whether the power supply is connected normally and the fuse is intact.
(2) The sound of the instrument is abnormal. Check whether the connecting bolts and hammer board are loose. After long-term work, if the hammer rod or sleeve lubricates dry, it should be cleaned up and added with new grease in time.
