maintenance:
1) Always observe the sensor power cable and transmission cable (or wire) for damage and aging, and protect the rubber jacket outside the cable.
2) Periodically (usually half a year) use soft non-scrubbing electrode surface to remove dirt or deposits.
3) Remove the debris in the straight channel upstream of the sensor.
Faults and troubleshooting:
1) Liquid does not flow and there is output: 1. The signal transmission cable connection with the converter is broken; 2. The signal cable is disconnected from the electrode connection; 3. The electrode surface is stained or an insulating layer is deposited; 4. Poor grounding or open circuit.
Solution: 1. Connect the cable; 2. Open the sensor and reconnect; 3. Wipe the electrode surface; 4. Connect the bottom line.
2) Liquid flow without output: 1. The two core wires of the signal transmission cable between the converter and the converter are reversed; 2. The power supply is not connected or has poor contact; 3. The sensor instrument has leaks in the pipeline, casing, and end face.
Solution: 1. Inverted wire head; 2. Connect the power supply and keep good contact; 3. Repair the sensor.
3) The output is unstable: 1. The flow field is unstable; 2. The liquid passing the sensor contains gas and large solid blocks; 3. The virtual connection of the electrical connection; 4. Poor grounding; 5. Electrode leakage
Solution: 1. Transform the channel, or add false sensors; 2. Normal phenomenon; 3. Check the wiring and connect the wire; 4. Connect the ground wire; 5. Repair the sensor.
4) The error is too large: 1. The zero point is too high; 2. Not completely filled with liquid; 3. The distortion of the power supply is too large; 4. Poor grounding.
Solutions: 1. Re-adjust the zero point; 2. Improve the channel conditions, the sensor is always filled with liquid; 3. Improve the power supply conditions to meet the normal working conditions; 4. Connect the ground wire. (Organized by China Educational Equipment Purchasing Network)
