2. Test samples
The sample tested in this test is a plastic bottle cap for sesame oil bottle sealing.
3. Test basis
At present, the relevant test standards for the opening force of the plastic bottle cap pull ring have not been released at home and abroad. This test is conducted based on daily testing experience.
4. Test equipment

4.1 Test principle
The opening force of the pull ring of the plastic bottle cap refers to the maximum force required to open the sealing film connected to the bottle cap by pulling the pull ring. During the test, the bottle cap is fixed in the lower fixture of the device, the pull ring is hooked in the upper fixture, and a force value sensor is arranged in the upper fixture, and can be moved upward according to the set speed, driving the pull ring to open the sealing film, the force value sensor is real-time Monitor and display the force value generated during the opening process, and report the opening force of the pull ring after the test.

5. Test process
(1) Randomly take 5 plastic bottle cap samples from the sample to be tested and remove the upper cap.
(2) Take one of the samples, fix the bottle cap in the lower fixture, and hook the pull ring in the upper fixture.
(3) In the equipment control software, set the sample name, test speed, test times and other parameter information, click the test option, the test starts, the upper fixture moves upward, the device software displays the force value change curve during the pulling process, and the test ends After that, the test value is displayed.
(4) Clamp and test the other 4 samples separately, and record the actual test value of each sample in turn.
6. Test results
The opening forces of the five specimens tested in this paper are 71.9 N, 72.1 N, 68.8 N, 70.8 N, and 71.6 N, respectively.
