In particular, the wide application of large-scale blow molding parts for automobiles has promoted the development of blow molding processing technology.

1) High temperature blow molding technology. In the past 10 years, the main blow molding process at low temperature extrusion blow molding. In recent years, blow molding products have used high heat-resistant thermoplastics such as PPS, PEEK, etc. The blow molding temperature is 250 to 350°C. For this reason, the blow molding machine and mold cooling device can adapt to high temperature and low temperature cooling frequently. Alternating thermal expansion and contraction becomes the key technology for high temperature blow molding, generally adopting high temperature air blow molding method.

2) Large containers use multilayer blow molding technology. In order to meet the automotive fuel tank, drum and other technical requirements, must use multiple layers of different materials blow molding, generally 4 to 6 layers, such as the main material, the outer layer of ultra-high molecular weight PE accounted for 40%, 3% barrier layer, The adhesive layer is modified PE, accounting for 2%, and the recovery layer accounts for 40%. The materials used in multi-layer composites have different appearances and properties.
