Therefore, it is better to finish the work of scaling, rotating, tilting, mirroring, etc. of the image in image processing software such as Photoshop, and then put it into the typesetting software. These paths also make RIP spend a lot of time in explaining and affect the speed of the film. Designing the output to be set up for the output The design maker does not necessarily consider the effect of the page size of the layout file on the output. When the page size of the file does not match the size of the output film, many problems will occur. The waste of the film. In order to save costs, the output center must make changes to the page settings. These tasks will take time, and may cause other problems that will not occur. If the design and production staff can take this issue into consideration in advance, the efficiency of the output will increase. And the reduction of file error rate will be very beneficial.

Sometimes, for special prints, the rules generated automatically by the imagesetter do not meet the requirements. It is necessary to manually draw the rules. When drawing a rule line, it is important to note that the line type should be “very fine”. When printing in four colors, the rule line should be defined as CMYK four-color ink with 100% solid color. If you need to make imposition, in addition to the precautions of the rules, you should also pay attention to the order and direction of the imposition, and the folding layout must meet the requirements of the binding plant folding machine.
