Characteristics of Perfluoropolyether Lubricating Products

The main component of DuPont Krytoxb is perfluoropolyether lubricant (also known as PFPE). Grease is thickened with high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This polymer has properties that other lubricants do not possess because the molecular chain is fully saturated and does not contain hydrogen.

The entire refurbishment process only needs to be paused for a short time during the operation. Therefore, Western Kraft can not only continue to produce according to the schedule, but also the rollers will have a longer working life, no need to worry about the shutdown due to oil leakage or failure during the production process, and the hot roller arrangement is also more active, and the output is As a result, the quality has been improved. The corrugated roller itself weighs 3,500 lbs. and requires frequent disassembly and assembly. The corrugating roller or hobbing needs re-grinding and chrome plating.
