Correctly install the trimming pipe so that the forces that cause ripping when trimming are as small as possible.

When replacing a new roll for slitting, make sure that all four sides are centered.

When cleaning the machine, pay special attention to the dust-free cleaning of the slitter. Deal with static electricity.

The slitting workshop should be equipped with air conditioning.

Good cutting machines usually have the function of trimming, so that the board can get clean and clean four sides and can be very neat and beautiful on the pallet. However, sometimes customers will ask for not trimming in order to reduce waste. However, in general, the cardboard must be trimmed at the time of slitting. The edges of the roll are likely to be slightly damaged during transportation. Only by trimming, it can be ensured that no problems occur due to the unevenness of the cardboard when entering the printing press.

Second, the indentation

The indentation is mainly caused by the inconsistent speeds of the belt, the belt, the belt, and the straightener. Therefore, all the transmissions should be consistent with the speed of rotation of the conveyor belt conveying the paper (whether it is in contact with the upper surface or the lower surface of the paper). At the same time, it is necessary to avoid the slipping of the transmission wheels, because they may also cause the shape of the cardboard to change. In addition, the thickness of the board should be taken into account when adjusting the pitch of the wheels.

When using paper, use an air bleeder to reduce the indentation. The use of mechanical brakes must correctly adjust the shape and structure of the crucible. The material of the conveyor belt must be suitable for cardboard with matt surface (material should resist skid), especially when the speed is inconsistent, the surface layer of cardboard is most sensitive.

Where there is no connection, such as the splicing table behind the transmission wheel, the place where paper is picked up and taken up, a hair dryer should be used to reduce friction. The traces left by the brakes at the pick-up station can be seen by the naked eye if they are carefully observed. Adjusting the cut-paper properly can reduce the impact.

Third, the surface is broken

The closer the cardboard is to the core portion, the greater the degree of bending. It is very important for the cutter to have anti-bending equipment, and the cardboard part closest to the core cannot be used. The thicker the board or the smaller the diameter of the core, the more paper boards are discarded at the core. The 12-inch (306 mm) diameter core minimizes problems such as surface cracks.

Anti-bend rakes should be equipped with bearings and have a large enough diameter to prevent surface cracking. From an empirical point of view, the diameter of the anti-bending crucible should reach 60mm-70mm to avoid the surface fracture of the FBB with a thickness of 6001xm. Of course, if the weight of the cut white kcal is lower, a smaller anti-bend can also be used. It is also possible to use reverse bend packs to reverse bend in several different places.

In the case of anti-bending of thick or long stocked cardboard, special attention needs to be paid.
