In China's printing industry, flexographic printing is still in its infancy. However, in recent years, flexographic printing has shown a unique advantage in the field of packaging and printing in China, and has made considerable progress. At present, more than 300 flexographic printing production lines have been introduced in China, and its production methods have been accepted by more and more people in the packaging and printing industry in China.
Since the introduction of the first flexographic printing production line in Shanghai People's Printing No. 8 Factory in 1992, it has owned three flexographic printing production lines of five colors, seven colors and nine colors. These flexographic printing machines are mainly used for printing various stickers, coffee sugar packaging, tea packaging bags and various alcohol labels. In the second national flexographic printing product quality appraisal in 2000, the "Big Regal Beer" and "Guizhou Maotai Liquor" liquor labels of Shanghai Renmin Printing No. 8 Factory were rated as Excellent Products Awards. I have been working in flexographic printing labels for many years, and I have also accumulated some experience in flexographic printing. However, in actual operation, there are still some problems that need to be solved.
For example, when we printed the product "Liton Black Tea", because it was full-page printing, 63 grams of offset paper was used, and the amount of ink was large. During the printing process, it was dried in an oven. The final printed product found both sides of the paper All upturned, which caused great inconvenience to customers' products in the packaging process. In order to solve this problem, I came up with a way to use water on the back of the paper before printing, so that after the finished product is printed, it will not be so uplifted, reducing the number of customers in the product packaging process In the loss.
Another example, when printing another product "joint pain relief cream", we also encountered some problems. Originally, when we printed this product, we used Aksu 2000 type water-based ink, but in order to reduce costs, we switched to Shanghai Mudan brand water-based ink. Because the black ink viscosity of the Peony brand ink is not very stable, plus the coarse internal particles, the black version is easy to paste, and a flexographic version will not be replaced in a long time. Not only can this reduce costs, but product quality cannot be guaranteed. Later, we continuously communicated and studied with the master of Shanghai Ink Factory, adjusted the composition of its ink, and added an appropriate amount of pH stabilizer in the printing process, so that the printed handwriting was clear and the plate loss was reduced.
When we printed the wine label, we used the method of cutting it into a single sheet and then punching it, but the product of the die-cut product was not neat, and the customer reported that it often caused downtime during labeling, which caused the customer's production to be abnormal. Keep going. After that, after research and trial production, the method of online die cutting was adopted to solve the problem of irregular punching, so as to give full play to the advantages of fast delivery of flexographic printing. The daily output is about 600,000 sheets, which increases the output and saves costs.
Today, it has been 9 years since we introduced the flexographic printing machine at Shanghai No. 8 Printing Factory. During the actual printing operation, we felt that we must do flexographic printing. The most important thing is to adjust the pressure of the plate to print. Exquisite products.
We have encountered various problems in the process of using flexographic printing for many years. After continuous practice and accumulation of experience, we can objectively say that we basically mastered the operation method of flexographic printing.
