3 Distortion of the square shaft causes the life of the binding machine to shorten.

3. Adjust the paper margins, the principle is: According to the size of the circle diameter, determine the margin size. The method is: use the adjustment screw (installed behind the binding machine) to adjust the scale to achieve the purpose of the margin. The rule is: the diameter of the pull ring is large, the margins of the paper are increased, the diameter of the pull ring is small, and the paper margin is reduced.

4. Punching operation method:

1 Order the paper neatly, close to the positioning block, and send the paper into the machine in parallel.

2 Press the paper with your left hand, hold the handle with your right hand, press down until the blade penetrates the paper, and lift the handle.

3 With both hands, pull the paper out smoothly. If there is a paper jam, repeatedly press the handle down and lift the paper up again.
