Vanguard single machine

The Magui Vanguard SFI Positive Pressure Guideless Single Facer is designed for continuous high-speed production of high-grade cardboard. In addition to its speed, other features of the device include the elimination of claw marks, the higher strength of the combination board, the elimination of high and low lines, the ability to process high/low weight board, and the ability to quickly and easily change the stencil shape.

After corrugating, the corrugating medium is in close contact with the lower corrugating roll by positive air pressure. Special high pressure centrifugal fans can generate the required positive pressure.

The single-sided machine includes two main parts. One is fixed, including upright roller stacking. The other one can move in the direction of web flow, including the gluing device and the positive pressure chamber. The gluing device can be moved electronically. This unique two-piece design allows the operator to easily clean, maintain, replace rollers, etc. inside the device.

The corrugating roller above the pressure roller is mounted in a separate module. The module can be easily removed from the fixed structure for maintenance, roller replacement or cymbal replacement. The rollers on the module make it easy to roll onto the cart between the holder and the mobile gluing frame.
