6 How to use the box resistance furnace
6.1 The electric furnace must be placed on a flat workbench indoors. The temperature controller should avoid vibration, and should not be placed too close to the electric furnace to prevent overheating that prevents the electronic components from working properly. When moving the thermostat, set the power switch to "OFF".
6.2 Adjust the setting pointer of the temperature indicator to the required working temperature, turn on the power, press the power switch to energize the electric furnace, then the ammeter has a reading, the pointer of the temperature indicator gradually rises, indicating that the electric furnace and the thermostat are both normal work.
6.3 When the electric furnace is used for the first time or re-used after long-term shutdown, it must be oven dried: open the door at 20 ～ 200 ℃ for 4h, close it at 200 ～ 600 ℃ for 4h.
6.4 When the electric furnace is used, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature, so as not to damage the heating element.
6.5 It is forbidden to directly inject various liquids and molten metals into the furnace, and keep the furnace clean.
6.6 Regularly check whether the connection parts of the conductive system of the electric furnace and the temperature controller are in good contact. When a fault occurs, the power should be cut off immediately and inspected by professional maintenance personnel.
When using for the first time or after long-term use, the oven should be used first, the temperature is 200 ～ 600 ℃, and the time is about 4 hours.
~ The furnace temperature must not exceed the maximum furnace temperature during use, and do not work above the rated temperature for a long time.
~ Working environment requires no flammable and flammable materials and corrosive gases.
