1. Check before starting
(1) Fully clean and preheat the inlet and outlet pipes and centrifuge of the centrifuge with steam to ensure that the centrifuge or pipeline is unblocked, to avoid oil flowing out of the slag hole and causing the slag tank to sink.
(2) Whether the manual turning of the pulley rotates flexibly.
(3) Check whether the lubricating oil in the raw material pump oil chamber is sufficient. If it is insufficient, it must be replenished.
(4) Check whether the relevant valve opening and closing of the pumping destination is in a normal state.
(5) Turn on the cooling water system.
(6) Check whether the power of the operation cabinet is connected.
(7) Open the steam preheating pipe jacket of the inlet and outlet pipes of the centrifuge oil circuit.
(8) Adjust the frequency difference and current value between the main machine and the auxiliary machine.
2. Operation at startup
(1) Jog the start and stop buttons of the auxiliary machine to start the auxiliary machine. When the auxiliary machine is running normally, the main machine will automatically start to open the centrifuge discharge port and water outlet valve.
(2) Open the inlet valve of the raw material pump, close the outlet valve, fill the pump with medium, and turn on the pump cooling water.
(3) After starting the raw material pump to operate normally, slowly open the pump outlet valve and observe the outlet pressure and motor current.
(4) After the pump starts normally, the outlet valve must be opened within 1 minute, otherwise the medium in the pump cavity will be overheated and dangerous.
(5) When the pump is running, the flow increases with the opening of the outlet valve, the head decreases, and the power increases. Therefore, the flow of the pump should not exceed the design flow to prevent the motor from being overloaded and burning the motor.
3. Check in operation
Listen: Whether the sound of the pump and centrifuge is normal, if there is abnormal noise, stop the operation immediately.
Touch: Whether the temperature of each part is normal The bearing temperature does not exceed 45 ℃, the highest does not exceed 65 ℃.
See: each pipe, valve, pump for leaks, whether the oil level in the oil chamber is maintained at the normal oil level, whether the temperature of the oil tank is maintained within the specified temperature range, whether the flow rate of each outlet of the centrifuge is normal, the oil at the water outlet, and the flow of the slag hole Happening.
4. Parking
(1) Close the pump outlet valve, cut off the power, and close the tank bottom valve.
(2) After the raw material pump stops running for 5 minutes, press the stop button of the centrifuge to stop.
(3) Thoroughly clean the centrifuge and all pipes to avoid the impact of the next start.
(4) Turn off the cooling water system.
5. Prohibited matters
(1) It is strictly forbidden to start the raw material pump first and then the centrifuge.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to arbitrarily adjust the frequency of the main and auxiliary machines.
(3) It is strictly forbidden to stop the centrifuge immediately after stopping the pump.
(4) It is strictly forbidden to cause a trough pollution accident due to excessive feeding.
